Liz Dorman is a technologist, design engineer, and world wanderer currently building a way for anyone to build their own curated intelligent devices, diving into thought strands such as modular ai software and hardware infrastructure to hardware manufacturing techniques at all scales. She is the cofounder of Era.

She previously designed novel AI wearable interfaces at Humane, prototyped AR/VR futures at Apple on the team that made the vision pro, conducted BCI research in Hong Kong, and researched collaborative augmented reality experiences at Princeton University, where she studied CS and architecture.

The strings that run through her work are increasing the sense of curiosity and awe we feel towards the world empowered through our computing interfaces and meshing the digital world with physical space.
